Living Well is Norfolk County Council’s approach to social work practice with adults. By supporting adults with care and support needs, and carers, in the context of their families, communities and circles of support, it empowers them to remain independent for longer, improving outcomes for them and preventing, reducing and delaying the need for formal services.
Attend this session to learn:
- How Living Well aligns with key elements of a human rights-based approach.
- The role of social work and occupational therapy in prevention.
