15 - 16 October 2019 | Business Design Centre, Islington | London

Community Care Live provides two full days of CPD and essential learning, covering key topics across children and families’ social work, adult social care and social work management. So whatever your area of focus, interest or expertise, there’s sure to be something in our comprehensive programme which will make a visit to Community Care Live worthwhile.

In 2019, we will continue to provide free content in our seminar programme* covering the key issues across social work practice and management. These practice and management seminars are free of charge for all registered social workers and local authority commissioners and workforce leads†. What’s more, our co-located exhibition gives visitors plenty of opportunity to meet and network with a number of relevant local authorities, service providers and recruiters.

Following feedback from delegates and increasing demand, in 2018 we introduced the opportunity to reserve spaces at all of our legal learning sessions. The 2018 legal sessions received great praise from attendees and so we will continue to charge a small fee for each of the legal sessions in 2019, enabling delegates to guarantee their place.

* Free seminars are on a first come, first served basis, and subject to maximum numbers. Places in the sessions cannot be guaranteed. The programme is subject to change.

The people that work for West Sussex are what keep me here,” says Mark, one of our social workers

We aspire to be inspirational. To be proud of our work. To create a brighter future for our children and families.

Our director believes great things can be achieved if we develop a working climate where we form a 'human chain' and we are looking for experienced social workers and managers who are proud of what they do to join us to build a stable workforce.
